 Finance can be a tricky thing, and here at CL we see it as our responsibility to supply our advisors with the best sales and financial training; so that they can guide and educate our clients in the best possible way. It’s not fair for us to send you out into the field without the proper resources. That makes everyone look bad. It’s completely normal to feel lost, confused, stressed, anxious- and we’re willing and ready to hold your hand every step of the way and to help you become the best advisor you can possibly be. Another thing that I should mention is how we operate. We are a meritocracy; and that goes for everyone in the organization- including those in managerial roles. If someone is not doing their part, and has no desire to improve, regardless of their division or position- they will be replaced.

  For you- that means you can feel confident in the fact that you are working with an executive team that will always think about your progress and who will always hear you out. We’ve been in the industry for a long time, and we know that good inputs and good ideas can come from anywhere. If you ever have an idea, even if it is something totally out of your field, please don’t hesitate to bring it forward. If you have an interest in some other aspect of our organization, whether it be marketing, or administration, or media, or special projects or sales- don’t feel too intimidated to bring that interest forward. 

 We want you to feel fulfillment in what you do on a day to day basis; and we always celebrate good ideas, regardless of where it came from. So as as an organization we promise- that you will always be heard and considered. Scouts honour. Also, that we will always look to supply you with the adequate resources- to help you become the best advisor you can be. In turn, I hope you feel confident enough to be honest, and to always give 100% effort. Not 100% success we’re not looking for that, but 100% effort. If you can do that- then we’ll do our part and always do what we can to help you put your best foot forward. We’ll see you soon.
